The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier just before the sun dips beneath the horizon. This is a long exposure taken at sunset as the sky fades into night and the crescent moon shines bright.
About Mike Whalen
I am a nerd and an artist living in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. I grew up in beautiful New England but traded the white snow for the white sands about 10 years ago. I have always had a passion for photographic art and got my first professional camera just over 4 years ago. I enjoy shooting just about anything but my passion is around landscape photography and artistic compositions. Anything that gets me outside to experience and capture this wonderful earth or provides an opportunity to display an object or scene in a different view.
